Healthy living has always been a toilsome challenge for many, whereas, for some it happens to be a day-to-day routine or an inseparable passion. Well, the lookouts are many, and we all know regular exercises n workouts are very necessary for living a healthy lifestyle.  

Living a healthy lifestyle is not just about physical exercises or diet but mental fitness too is equally important towards the journey. To be mentally fit and healthy requires again good nutrition, regular exercise, socializing and, good sleep, etc. If all of these are followed with full discipline, then congratulations you are going to live long. 

Sorry, but doesn’t all these just sound like a fairy dream? Well, form  yes, it is. Hey… but do not worry, as we all have been hearing that “nothing is impossible,”

 So, here are my 4 easy to follow magical tips forl a happy and healthy lifestyle. Breathing is a necessity of livingb that occurs without any thought. Simple breathing exercises can reduce stress, anxiety, panic attacks, and can also overcome manyp and emotional crises. Nutrition is another connected chain in living a healthy lifestyle. Good nutrition is all about eating healthy food and cutting off junk as much as possible from our diet.

Research says that a minimum of 7 hours of good sleep is just as imortant as regular exercise and a healthy diet. So, going to bed early is another magical mantra for living a healthy life. We, humans, are social beings, but at certain times due to workloads we often isolate thaw selves from the crowd, whereas, socializing helps us to improve our mental health, improves our confidence level, reduces stress and nerves.

So, be never a lone wolf, do socialize with your crowd, and get yourself to blend in with it. Especially during this pandemic, we all have lost touch with our relatives and friends, this could increase stress and tensions in in our lives, and may even lead to depression. So, just stay connected to your loved ones to refresh your mind also to flaunt your existing relations, and stay happy and love yourself
